Can’t sign in
- Reset your password from https://journi.me/user/sign-in → “Forgot Password?”.
- Check if caps lock is on and try your email instead of username.
- If 2FA is enabled, ensure your device time is correct.
Didn’t receive verification email
- Check spam and promotions folders.
- Use “Resend Code” on https://journi.me/user/authorization.
- Add
notification@email.journi.meto contacts and try again.
Payment failed
- Try a different card or method.
- Verify your country supports the selected gateway.
- If you’re a creator, confirm Stripe is set up before expecting payouts.
Media upload errors
- Compress large images/videos.
- Check your network connection and retry.
KYC rejected
- If you onboarded with Stripe, follow the instructions in your Stripe dashboard to resolve verification issues.
Note for Nepal: Nepal is not currently an enabled region. Nepal is near and dear to us, and we’re working tirelessly on a cross‑border payment flow so creators in Nepal can receive payouts in both USD and NPR. Until this launches, KYC, monetization, and payouts are unavailable in Nepal. See Regional Availability.
